Round table

                                        

In the round table made in class was talked about the social networks, censure and how they affect our personal life. 

A part of the classroom was agree with the censure in some countries, for example that in Mexico they want to censure Twitter because the drunk drivers tweet where´s the police for don´t catch them, or in Russia is prohibited YouTube because people can upload videos talking about the russian goverment or army, but it was so controversial because even the president has an a account there. Some people said that it would be right to censure pages like Ask.fm, (it is a social network where can ask questions by anonymous) because there´s a lot of people that use it to do bad things, like bullying and a big group of teenagers had suicided because of the mocks and comments that they had recived in this social network; or that the parents can controle what their sons see on internet, to make sure that they don´t see porn or things that can affect them.

I don´t agree, it is a privacity invasion, and the censure doesn´t respect the freedom of expression, I know there´s bad people that use them to do bad things, like hackers, but not everyone has to pay for that, and not everyone does evil. Maybe the internet should get better the security measures, to avoit hackers, but the censure is not the solution.

My ideal social network

My perfect social network is facebook, it has everything I like, but if I could change something about it, or create a new one with all the things I like, you would:

• Chat with your friends.
• Listen to music.
• See and upload photos and videos.
• Post things, like memes or a status.
• Do video calls and normal calls.

But it would be so much better if you should´nt need internet for use it, because that´s the biggets problem, if you go out and don´t have internet or wi-fi you can´t use it. My idea is that you could chat, listen to music and see post without using it, and be necesary just for upload photos or videos or for calls and things that are more slow and need more load. And all that free.

Me, myself and I

Me,myself and I

I´m Margarita Mejia, I was born on june 12th, 2000 in Cucuta, my parents are Maria Alessandra and Orlando. I studied in Cometas y Garabatos where I met my best friend Camila, she is like my sister. When I was 5 years old, my brother Santiago was born. I began to study in Gimnasio Domingo Savio when I was 6 years old, ultil 2012 when came to live in Bogota, I just made half a year and I lost it in Gimnasio San Angelo, repeat 6th grade and met all the people who´s in my class now. I didn´t want to live here, but now i love Bogota because i have incredible friends and i like my school.
I´m so Harry Potter´s fan, and i like the music, watching movies and series, traveling and spend time with my friends.
